Whereas, Sh. Bhoop Singh, Ram Singh, Ram Khilari, Satbir and Nanak Chand Ss/o: Sh. Amer Singh (the land owners) in collaboration with M/s Raheja Developers Ltd. (the Developer), under the Migration Policy dated 18.02.2016 and amendment dated 10.07.2019 of Town & Country Planning, Haryana has proposed to migrate license no. 95 of 2013 dated 30.10.2013 granted by Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Haryana (Hereinafter known as DTCP) for setting up of Commercial Colony on land admeasuring 2.8125 Acres situated at Vill: Sihi, Sector-83 & 84, Gurugram, Haryana, for taking license of plotted commercial colony. Whereas, now the DTCP, under the above license migration policy, has granted license on the above land measuring 2.8125 Acres for developing plotted commercial colony and also, neither the land owner nor the developer has created any third party rights on the applied land proposed for migration to plotted commercial colony under migration policy and whereas, vide public notice, objections are hereby invited on the proposedmigration of said license. Copy of the proposed layout plan of plotted commercial colony on the site now proposed to be migrated are available on our website www.raheja.com for perusal.The said plans/approvals are also available at the office of the undersigned at 204/5, W4D, KeshavKunj, Cariappa Marg, Sainik Farm, New Delhi-110062 as well as in the office of District Town Planner (DTP), Gurugram. Objections, if any, to the above proposed migration of above license may be filed in the office of District Town Planner (DTP), Gurugram within 15 days of publication of this notice, falling which it shall be assumed that there is no such objection to the migration of above license to plotted commercial colony.
