Navin Raheja is a self made entrepreneur who started his career with less than $ 100 and today he is executing projects worth over $ 2 billion. Born to Yagyabrahma Shrimati Krishna Raheja and late Shri Maheshwar Nath Raheja an Indian Government servant on transferrable jobs, his first investment was earned through his school and college savings, part time businesses and house tuitions. He started his career in 1978 with a scooter agency and experimented with diverse businesses viz finance, electronics, computers, travel agency, import agencies before finally settling with real estate after about a decade. Today, Raheja Developers is one of the largest real estate companies in India with projects over 27 million sq. ft. at various stages of execution. Having already delivered appx 26.5 million sq.ft. of mainly residential and commercial projects including farmhouses, plotted development and hotel properties Mr. Raheja is the first developer to undertake slum rehabilitation of 2800 families in the heart of New Delhi thus changing lives of almost twenty thousand poor people by giving them toilets and other modern day facilities. Raheja is the most awarded and adjudged best developer in India. Mr. Raheja's stewardship and dedication of his team has led to Raheja Developers, India's top real estate company bagging over 140 prestigious national and international awards.
Mr Navin M Raheja has also been the former Chairman of advisory council of National Real Estate Development Council (Naredco). As Chairman of Naredco, he has played a vital role in bringing up real estate regulatory act, affordable housing policy of Government of India and guidelines to states for real estate clearance procedures that would go a long way to provide cheaper and organized housing to every Indian. He was also the chairman of real estate committee of FICCI and was an eminent executive member of Assocham and CII. Being a respected entrepreneur he had the privilege of leading Indian Business delegations along with the former President of India, Mrs. Pratibha Patil, and Bharat Ratna Mr. Pranab Mukherjee to several international missions.
Mr. Raheja is a passionate wildlifer and had been a member of the Steering Committee of Project Tiger, under the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India. His PIL in Supreme court of India since 1997 has succeeded in delivering several orders that were instrumental in turnaround of tiger conservation mission. For the first time in the world, he has successfully pioneered in rehabilitation of Leopard and Tiger Cubs in the wild. Under his aegis Productions team of Raheja has created over 150 wildlife films that have run through National Geographic, DD National, DD International, ABP News and currently 'Wild Wild India' on Epic Channel at 9:00 PM all days.
His true wild life encounters have been covered in various widely read magazines as a regular feature.
He is the first developer in the country to provide free education, nutrition, clothing and medical care to hundreds of underprivileged children of laborers in an endeavor to make them better citizens. His company's CSR spent is over 4% of its net profits.

Ar. Nayan Raheja is a passionate entrepreneur and has been a growth driver for bringing Raheja Developers into a New Era.
An architect from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, he has grown up in the environment of real estate, architecture, and technology and dreamt of becoming an architect since childhood. Apart from designing, and constructing great buildings, he is also a conservationist, poet, director, musician and an avid photographer.
A member of the Indian Institutes of architects, his life was dotted with passion- for education, for photography and for making a change in the society. He has been at the forefront of leading the company into the new era contributing significantly to new systems, processes and better product delivery and keeping pace with the newer construction technologies.
He is personally a keen wildlife photographer travelling to wildlife parks across the world.
Under his aegis the company has seen tremendous change in last few years due to change of business strategy from mid level housing to luxury housing. Nayan Raheja was front runner in getting the world’s largest construction companies i.e. Arabtec and ECC to India under joint venture as a part of back-ward integration of the company. He was also instrumental in appointing Thornton Tomasetti U.S.A., the structural engineers of Kingdom Tower (1Km high, tallest under construction building in the world), The Petronas Towers, Malaysia & Taipei 101, Taiwan. Overall, the results are visible and company is adding turnover and brand value and has a great future ahead.
Presently involved with developing Delhis Tallest Mix Use Development with Luxury Hotel Residences and the luxurious Delhi Mall, he is actively involved in leasing it to Top Brands Worldwide.
His hard work and dedication has been recognized by several reputed platforms and he has been the recipient of various awards like "40 under 40 promising business leaders in India", “Young Achiever’s Award”, “Top 10 Most Promising Industrialists”, “Architect of the Year”, “Young Entrepreneur Award” etc.
