This page provides official CIRP-related information for the Krishna Housing Scheme as per directions of the Hon'ble NCLT/NCLAT. Homebuyers and creditors are advised to file their claims within the stipulated time as notified by the Resolution Professional. All information on this page pertains exclusively to the Krishna Housing Scheme.

The NCLT New Delhi Bench Court-IV admitted the petition filed by Shravan Minocha and 129 other allottees of Krishna Housing Scheme under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and appointed Mr. Brijesh Singh Bhadauriya as Interim Resolution Professional. CIRP was initiated against M/s. Raheja Developers Ltd. on 21.08.2025.
The appellant indicated readiness to refund the entire amount to financial creditors within six months with 9% interest. The NCLAT directed no further steps in pursuance of the impugned order and listed the appeal on 02.09.2025.
NCLAT directed that apart from collation of claims, no further steps be taken by the IRP. The IRP was permitted to facilitate payments from the appellant to respondents. All homebuyers were granted liberty to file intervention applications.
The NCLAT modified the order dated 21.08.2025 confining the CIRP against M/s. Raheja Developers Limited to its Project "Krishna Housing Scheme" only. The IRP/RP was directed to issue a corrigendum to the Form-A publication inviting claims from stakeholders of Krishna Housing Scheme within 14 days. The Insolvency Commencement Date remains 21.08.2025.
Public announcement issued by IRP Mr. Brijesh Singh Bhadauriya under Regulation 6 of IBBI (CIRP) Regulations, 2016. Last date for submission of claims was 4th September, 2025. Claims pertained to all projects of Raheja Developers Limited except Raheja Shilas Low Rise.

Awaiting Data from Resolution Professional
Pursuant to Regulation 13 of the IBBI (CIRP) Regulations, 2016, the Resolution Professional is required to maintain and publish the list of creditors whose claims have been collated and verified. This list will be updated here upon finalisation.
CoC Details — To Be Published
The Committee of Creditors (CoC) shall be constituted as per Section 21 of the IBC comprising financial creditors of the Krishna Housing Scheme. Details of CoC members and voting share will be published upon finalisation.
CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) is a time-bound process under IBC 2016 to resolve insolvency of a company. As a homebuyer/allottee, you are classified as a financial creditor under the IBC (2018 amendment) and have the right to file claims and participate through the Committee of Creditors (CoC).
Homebuyers must file using Form CA. Submit to the Resolution Professional along with:
- Copy of Allotment Letter / Builder-Buyer Agreement
- All payment receipts / bank statements
- Copy of PAN Card and Aadhaar Card
- Any correspondence with developer regarding possession
As directed by the NCLAT, the RP is required to take all necessary steps for project completion and obtaining the Occupancy Certificate (OC) with cooperation of the corporate debtor's management.
Your investment is protected through the claim-filing process. Upon filing a verified claim, the amount is recorded in the list of creditors. As a financial creditor, your claim will be considered during approval of the Resolution Plan under Section 30(2)(b) of the IBC.
Under the IBC, CIRP must be completed within 180 days from commencement, extendable by 90 days (maximum 330 days including litigation). After this, a Resolution Plan must be approved, failing which the NCLT may order liquidation.

An Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) is appointed by the NCLT at admission of the petition and manages the company initially. A Resolution Professional (RP) is confirmed by the CoC within 30 days of CIRP commencement and is responsible for the entire process including inviting Resolution Plans.
During moratorium under Section 14, no new suits or proceedings can be instituted against the Corporate Debtor in any court or forum. Homebuyers should file claims before the RP and participate in the CoC process as the prescribed remedy under the IBC.
