  • Monitor and approve all property bookings, cancellations, and modifications
  • Ensure pricing, discounts, payment plans, and incentives are as per approved policies
  • Maintain control over inventory allocation and availability

Sales Coordination      

  • Act as a bridge between Sales, CRM, Finance, and Legal teams
